You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be included

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards

💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service

  • Bobby’s is not liable for lost or untracked returns

  • Want a different size or item?
    Just return your original item and place a new order.

  • This ensures the item you want is in stock and gets to you faster.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
